PREPARATION:

1. In a non-stick pot, bring 750ml of water and 2+ tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil to a boil
2. Add packet contents, cover, and cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
3. Add more water if necessary
4. Remove lid and continue cooking for 2 minutes until water is absorbed and sauce is creamy
5. Season with salt, add extra virgin olive oil, and let rest 1 minute before serving

CHEF'S TIPS: Enhance your one pot pasta meal by adding 1/4 glass of white wine to the water. Serve with generous amounts of Pecorino Romano cheese and freshly ground black pepper for non-vegan diners.

WINE PAIRING: Complements Primitivo or other robust red wines beautifully.
